The South Carolina Hall of Fame honors SC citizens who have made or are making great contributions to the state’s heritage.
Each year, 2 honorees are inducted. Inductees include President Andrew Jackson, Author Elizabeth Coker, Jazz Legend Dizzy Gillespie, Painter Jasper Johns, General William C. Westmoreland, Senator J. Strom Thurmond, and more than 60 others.
The Hall of Fame and the gallery of portraits are located inside the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
