Lynches River County Park is located along the Lynches Scenic River in Florence County. The park offers activities and amenities for all. You can fish, hike, canoe, picnic, kayak, geocache and explore all in one location. Didn’t bring your canoe? Don’t worry; you can rent one to take out on Lynches River for the day. Need a guide? Join the park for one of their guided canoe excursions. Beat the heat in the summertime at the Splash Pad.
Step inside the Environmental Discovery Center at Lynches River County Park to learn about the ecosystem and what types of creatures live in the park. Learn about fossils and get up close with reptiles at the Center. If you are looking for even more excitement, step out on the canopy bridge to walk along the tree tops.
Come down on land to enjoy a stroll along the River Walk. The River Walk is lined with towering cypress trees and gives you quite the view of the Lynches Scenic River. The River Walk runs for 1200 linear feet and you won’t even get your feet wet!
