The Florence Museum holds a collection of artifacts from the American Civil War through World War I, as well as original artwork by Florence native William H. Johnson, Pueblo pottery, ethnographic art and Asian art. In addition to displaying its permanent collection, the Florence Museum hosts traveling exhibits and annual art competitions.
The museum re-opened in a new building in October 2014.
